Quality Engineer
Key Job Functions
- Inspecting parts (dimensionally and visually) to Engineering and Customer specifications
- Operating a DCC CMM and computerized Video Measurement Systems
- Programming a DCC CMM (PC-DMIS preferred)
- Programming Vision Systems
- Performing precise dimensional inspection utilizing micrometers, calipers, indicators, Height Gages, Surface Plates, profilometers, and optical comparators is a must
- Performing detailed visual inspections on very intricate and delicate parts
- Communicating on technical issues with Quality Management, Plant Management, Machinists, Engineering on quality issues as needed. Customer interaction as required
- Performing data entry and creating final inspection reports
- Abilities to analyze and help resolve quality problems with workers and customers
- Reading and interpreting blueprints. Experience with GDT a strong plus
CNC Machine Operator
Description
Operate CNC Machines in line with workload requirements, ensuring that all parts are machined to meet customer requirements and strict quality standards.
Duties
- Setting up and operating CNC machines (grinding), ensuring that parts are machined in accordance with the agreed method specification
- Understanding of engineering drawings, ensuring that fixtures are correctly aligned
- Inspecting parts in line with quality procedures and taking any necessary, approved, action to resolve quality issues
- Operating CMM machines to support inspection requirement
- Consistently achieving all targets (production, quality, housekeeping, etc.), as set by the Group Leader
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including Code of Conduct and Health & Safety
Entry Level Machinist
We are seeking an Entry Level Machinist responsible for operating machinery and tools to produce parts from hard materials, adhering to precise specifications as well as machining small batches or individual parts as required.
Required skills and responsibilities include:
- Conceptual and mathematical skills such as basic algebra, geometry and trigonometry
- Knowledge of speeds & feeds for various grinding tools used on a variety of hard materials. (CVD silicon carbide would be the primary material used.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Tooling setup
- Coordination, attention to detail, and sound judgment
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience using these types of equipment & tools: Milling machine, lathe, grinding machine, band saw, and sand blasting, as well as measuring tools, such as micrometers, calipers, precision and combination squares, linear scales, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Communicate with engineers, production personnel, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including Code of Conduct and Health & Safety
Semiconductor Cleaning Technician
Required skills and responsibilities include:
- Prepares cleaning equipment and cleaning baths using acids & acid mixtures for operation per the company’s SOPs.
- Operates cleaning lines.
- Documents the cleaning process as dictated by SOPs.
- Completes & follows cleaning logs & travelers.
- Maintains cleaning quality, and documents & reports quality data
- Maintains semiconductor grade cleaning safety standards
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including Code of Conduct and Health & Safety
